Are you a real estate agent?

We do have a licensed real estate agent (Realtor) on staff. However, we will not represent you as a client unless you decide to list your property “on market”. In some cases, it makes more sense to list your property “on market”, than it does to sell your home for cash. If your property has been fully updated, or needs very little repair, listing it with our Realtor “on market” would allow you to get the maximum profit for your property. However, you will need to be prepared to have potential home buyer coming often for home showings, and you can only sell your property if it passes inspection and meets appraisal criteria. What types of homes do you buy?

We buy all types of homes. Any size. Any condition. Any situation. You don’t need to make any repairs, or even clean before we buy your home. If I’m behind on my mortgage payments, can you still buy my home?

Do you charge any commission or fees to buy my house?

No. We do not charge you any fees or commission when you sell your house to us for cash. In fact, we will pay ALL the closing costs which saves you a ton of money at closing!
